    It was cold and horrible. I had just driven 10hr straight and didn't need the hassle.

    Upon arriving trying the lock was hard to open and the handle was too close to the frame so it scrapped my hand. When entering the place, thought this isn;t too bad, but then realized that there was no heat in the place and it was freezing in there. -1 degrees Called the number on the wall to ask about the heat and nobody answered or called back I then called booking.com. and after two hrs of being on the phone and waiting for someone to contact me the owner after a urgent text message to the owner he finally called me and was very condescending and rude because I am a woman. He even made a comment to the fact about not being smart enough to figure out the heat supply in the unit. I had tried turning it on and working it but it was only blowing cold air, so I turned it off. It was already too cold in the unit. He walked me through the steps on how to get heat, only when I told him it was still blowing cold air he got mad at me and basically called me stupid. He spoke to me like he was scolding a child, with no respect. He said he would come over to look at it and I said fine. After a while I did start to feel some heat so I called him back to say I thought it was starting to work, but I should not have had to go through all this crap and his behavior towards me when the place should have been heated before my arrival. He blamed his cleaner for not turning it on. and hung up. The place was cute but the owner or manager that I spoke to needs a lesson in customer service. He is lucky I didn't cancel my credit card. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    Very highly recommended apartment.

    A very well appointed apartment in the centre of town. I was only there for a short stay between buses but it was a very pleasant experience. I would happily spend much longer here. Everything has been thought about for the traveler. Best range of toiletries I’ve ever seen. And a fully fitted kitchen to boot.
