    The staff was exceptionally helpful. The apartament is spacious and bright, good kitchen, balcony, clean, the location.

    The trash bins inside the building, the door of the bathroom didn't close.

    We liked Antwerp but would look for alternative apartment another time.

    Location was fairly central, about 10/12 minute walk to Grote Markt. Apartment was large and generally well equipped. Bakery on the corner and supermarket nearby. Plenty of choices for eating out.

    Journey by taxi from station twice as far as usual due to major roadworks. Noisy street and noisy neighbours well after 11pm. Front door handle was broken for two days. Bins in entrance hall overflowing and smelly from arrival on Friday until put out on Tuesday for Wednesday collection at about 4.30am. Only one towel each provided, no hand towel and none in the toilet.
