Всем рекомендую как отличное бюджетное проживание с хорошим расположением
Отличное расположение, рядом остановка автобуса, метро, обмен валюты, аптека, два продуктовых магазина шаговой доступности, фуд-корт (wine factory) с отличными кафе и ресторанами (выделю Veriko, Black Dog bar)

A well-equipped, comfortable room with a shared kitchen. Clean, and the cleaning lady was very nice.
We arrived late in the evening after a long journey, tired and hungry. The host insisted that we pay that very night, even though it was already past 11 p.m., and refused to let us pay the next day. We had to rush out to exchange money and ended up without a proper meal. It really spoiled our mood. On the positive side, when the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working, the host came over and turned on the heating.

Цена-качество, новый ремонт, есть кухня ,чай ,кофе. У меня был балкон.
Плохое освещение в номере ,девочки поймут, и место около шумного проспекта, не всем это подойдёт.

Отличное Местоположение! Просторная со свежим ремонтом комната с балконом и полноценная красивая уютная кухня!
Не хватало телевизора в номере. Был только на кухне.
