Found out after booking that I could have booked a stay in a downtown apartment for the same price.
Home felt welcoming, had a good flow and floor plan.
Bathroom shower stone floor felt slimy on the feet and so we used slippers to stand in it, shower head broke in the other bathroom and hit my wife in the head. Dishwasher is not attached to the counter so it falls forward when fully open and didn't turn on until the cleaning crew came and attached it to an extension cord. Couldn't use the barbeque grill since it was not clean. Heated pool was advertised but you have to pay extra $25 for the duration of the stay to have it heated.

Comfortable house, but NOT in Fort Lauderdale.
The house is nice, well equipped and comfortable. Could do some renovations…
While the house was fine and located in an okay, quiet neighbourhood, it is wrongfully advertised as Fort Lauderdale and it is not even close to that area. The house is located in a place called Oakland Park. Not much to do around and not too nice to walk around.

Exceptional
Nice property, close to a lot of places. The host was wonderful and understanding.
There were some ants and tiny bugs, but that's kind of expected in the hot climate.
