    Cozy Studio est fabuleux

    Tranquillité, sympathie du personnels et surtout du responsable et sa disponibilité au tlf a tout moment, propreté, l'état des draps je reviendrai sûrement, c'était un fabuleux séjour.

    CREEPY AND AGGRESSIVE TO WOMEN HOST

    Aggressive and creep host - FEMALES BE AWARE

    NOT SUITABLE FOR FEMALES - CREEPY HOST I booked for 4 nights for my partner who lives in Marrakesh. Despite me putting her details on the booking when she called the property to check-in the host was very AGGRESSIVE and insulting to her. He asked her to whats-up her ID photo which she reluctantly did and told her she cannot use the self check-in and she needs to meet him in person. He told her to come ALONE and she cannot bring a female friend otherwise he will charge her more money (the friend was only to check-in as she was afraid of the host). At this point she was very distressed and crying. I tried to called the host (over 10 times) but he never picked up (he did so for my partner on 3 occasions). He was texting me that she didi't send her ID which was a lie and only send me the check-in form after he had already tried to make my parter go to him ALONE. As my partner was not feeling safe she never checked in. The host also stopped responding to my messages. We were always polite and respectful in the conversation. I offered to pay the first night and for him to refund the rest. Initially he agreed to cancel but after he said he was waiting for booking (which was again a lie because booking were informed and had emailed him that he can cancel the reservation). The host stopped replying to messages and communication and did not cancel the reservation. I have raised a case with booking all of the above can be evidenced. This property is NOT SUITABLE FOR FEMALE TRAVELLERS
