    Value for money for location and convenience.

    The room had everything needed for a short to medium-term stay. I was there for about 10-11 nights while in between homes and was continually surprised by the number of amenities it contained, including an air-fryer, oven, washing machine, hangers for drying clothes, night lamp, study desk etc. I was able to cook all my meals instead of having to eat out all the time. The landlord was very responsive and helpful when the toiletries ran out, as well as in responding to the carbon monoxide alarm needing a changed battery. Overall, very good experience for what I paid.

    The room could be renovated a bit. The flooring is old and slightly shabby but nothing too serious.

    Well managed bedsit in excellent location

    Small bedsit with an excellent location. Manager exceptionally communicative and helpful. Quiet and safe. Good shops including M&S nearby and easy rail link to Gatwick. I ve stayed several times.

    It s not upscale but is good value.
