Gute Lage mit Abstrichen.
Lage. Kontakt zu Vermieter. Klimaanlage.
Sehr laut, insbesondere durch den Motoroller Verkehr die ganze Nacht hindurch. Das Bad ist zu klein und es war leider nicht ganz sauber. Balkon nicht nutzbar, deutliche Risse zu erkennen.
