    Unsatisfied

    The location

    There is no air there is no elevator and the unit is upstairs. There are no instructions how to use the TV and we couldn’t get it to work and we called the office and they fixed it and it stopped working five minutes later also the hot plate in the unit does not work and supposedly you have to put the pan on top of it before it works but there again are no instructions. Also, the baseboards were removed and you could see the cracks in the floor and wall. Also, there was a fire in Reno and the electricity was shut off at 7:30 at night with no expected return of power and they would not credit us any money after we asked for part of a refund back.

    very nice.

    The unit was sweet, small and met my expectations. I have stayed in this building before and do really like the location and the studio sized rooms with a small kitchenette. Thank you for providing coffee!

    Honestly, the pull out bed is actually unsleepable. The cheap piece of foam is not a mattress and it is sitting on a pull out bed with a bar in the middle where half of it dips down. I took the mattress off the bed, as I always do with pull out beds, and slept well. I imagine that many folks would not take this extra step and it would be awful.

    No, it was a great place. Nice location love the lake and view other than our room facing the road I

    There was no breakfast. I like the location and the fact that it was on the lake and there was a lot of things you could do there.

    I would’ve preferred a room facing the lake instead of the road

    On Donner Lake unit in front of complex overlooking landscaping..includes plates and utensils and decent cooking amenities fairly comfortable
