  Extremely disappointing stay due to mold-contaminated air-conditioning vents that caused serious hea

  The entire house had serious cleanliness and maintenance issues, but the most concerning problem was the air-conditioning system. The air-conditioning vents appeared to be contaminated and affected by mold, as documented in my photos and videos. After staying in the property, I developed severe headaches and significant respiratory discomfort and had to seek medical attention. I believe the condition of the accommodation, particularly the mold-related issues around the air-conditioning system, contributed to these medical problems. What was especially disappointing was the response from the accommodation. Rather than taking responsibility for the condition of the property and the impact it had on my health and travel plans, the issue was simply dismissed as something that was “not common.” This experience resulted in significant medical expenses, transportation costs, additional accommodation costs, and changes to my travel plans. I also lost substantial work time as a result. I would not recommend this property unless these issues are thoroughly investigated and addressed.

  Cozy little home except for the bed bugs

  I like the house the location, and the living area. But the first night there is found bed bugs and had to leave and find other accommodation. Which made me very angry. The owner refused to give a full refund. Not happy at all. I may have to take the owner to small claims court. I would not recommend ANYONE!!!! to stay here.

  The bathroom with washer and dryer. Which i use to wash all my stuff before I got out of there.

  Er zaten beestjes in het bed en het matras van de slaapbank zat onder de schimmel. Geen contact met de host kunnen krijgen. Wij zijn laat in de avond nog weg gegaan… Geen nacht daar verbleven.. Na bijna een week stuurde de host pas een bericht. Ook niet vriendelijk en gastvrij, ging hier niets mee doen.. Belachelijk dat je geen contact met de host kan krijgen…

  I never stayed here. Not sure why I keep on getting messages like this because Booking.com & property owner knows that the house was infested with roaches and uninhabitable. They were crawling out of the drains the tubs they were inside the dishwasher. There was roach loads of Roach eggs all over.The furniture had infestations of roaches underneath the cushions on the walls big one small ones dead . I’ve sent multiple pictures videos made loads of phone calls to Booking..com and They are both aware of it. THE HOME WAS UNINHABITABLE DUE TO INFESTATION AND MY FAMILY CAN NOT STAY HERE! We are leaving the property! We had to have people put me up for a couple days and then spent the rest of my time going from different hotels as of yet I still have not received my refund. You have to pay for the booking prior to going there. Then when I reached out to the property owner after we got there, he said I’m not sure where you got these images from but it’s not my property. He said he would forward them to Booking.com when I ask him what he never replied back. I told him that Home was uninhabitable and infested with roaches. I sent him videos and pictures and that was his reply. The images wasn’t of his home. This was a SCAM! I am Not even sure how old the pictures were in the add because right before we were to check in I got a message from the property owner through Booking.com stating some past renters made some damage. That’s an understatement couch cushions were shredded underneath and holes throughout the Fabric That’s supposed to be a pull out bed .The wall looks like somebody at one time tried to spackle the wall , very old spackle. Then it looks like somebody started to put tiles over that, but it wasn’t going hide the area. His message said to me that he had people working on the house that day no way …the armchair was covered up so you couldn’t see the terrible condition of upholstery. Same thing holes in the upholstery and chair.
