    Great location nice and clean rooms, but the staff should be more polite and accomodating

    The property is very close to the park and stores Very nice location,

    Im upset about how the front desk staff treat my friend, i already made message to the hotel that he is a famous vloger/comedian in Dubai, they are not so polite when he ask for extra person in the room. But then again they like the location of the hotel

    Central stay, okay for one or two nights.

    The location of the building is right between SM shopping mall and Session street, verry convenient. You can walk everything in the center. Shower is hót with proper water pressure.

    In our opinion the apartment should have a sweep of unused items and broken furniture should be replaced. A lot of things are taped up and a lot of stuff is laying around in bags. Together with the stuff that makes the apartment the Cozyminium, it felt like there was not enough space for our own stuff anymore. Bathroom should have a deep clean, there is mold on the walls.

    Very good location. Nice size of Smart tv with netflix. Nice water heater.

    Owner didnt check 1st if everything is working well. We used the kitchen sink on our 2nd day to find out that it is leaking water on the floor.I contacted the owner and said that i should call the maintenance to fix it. We, Guests, only have limited time of stay and we dont have time to do that.Ending we didnt use kitchen sink as it will keep the water flowing on the floor. And also, wardrobes cant be used and not functioning.We kept our clothes inside our luggage bag and kept on opening evertime we need something.With such limited space we find it hassle.
