    Freezing cold

    The property failed in the basic requirement to provide somewhere warm to stay. The place was freezing cold and after messaging the owner I was completely ignored. On the second day when the heating was eventually put on, it was only on for a short period of time which meant the room was cold again overnight. Shared bathroom had mould all over the ceiling A ridiculous amount of rules, signs and restrictions made you feel more of an inconvenience than a guest.

    Memorable for the wrong reasons

    The view was lovely

    An odd payment system through another payment platform, although already paid for via Booking.com. Parking was difficult - on a blind bend and having to reverse in. There were a group of us all trying to gain access to the guest house, but nope we all had to call the host to be given the access code for our room keys. We had to assist an elderly guest who didn't have a phone therefore had no way of getting his access code! Booked a double bed to arrive to 2 x single beds - host explained that you push the 2 beds together to make a double - sorry, not that desperate to have to move furniture!! The room was cold - no heating. Would not recommend!
