    Muy recomendable

    El hotel es hermoso y todo el personal muy amable. La habitación espaciosa y cómoda. Hay hervidor eléctrico en la habitación, tazas y sobres de café, azúcar, leche y té. El restaurant del hotel ofrece desayuno y cena con un costo aparte. Cada plato de comida es abundante y muy rica. Recomendable! El hotel queda a 15 min aprox del centro a pie, pero hay una parada de colectivo a una cuadra.

    Not far from the city center; the staff is pleasant, and the place is clean and comfortable.

    What I didn’t like was that we specifically chose a hotel with a pool, but no one warned us that children’s swimming lessons take place there—so there’s no chance for some quiet, private time. Also, the sauna wasn’t working. On top of that, you have to pay £6 per day for car parking.

    Nice Hotel, Shame about the new company who owns the hotel.

    The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.

    06/10/2026 - When we arrived at the hotel, the management company, Belvilla hadn't passed on the booking, this meant that there wasn't enough rooms for the booking despite paying in advance. 14/10/2026 - It's now over 1 week later and Belvilla hotels have "escalated to a supervisor" for the second time, promised a callback within 24 hours. Still no response after 8 days, no sign of refund for the room they were unable to provide. If you are booking this hotel, it would be best to contact them directly rather than through the Belvilla contact centre to check they have actually booked your rooms. 29/10/2026 - Further to the review, I have still not received a credit for the room. Received a call back on 15/10/2026, with a voice mail left advising that a refund would be processed. Belvilla is owned by Oyo Hotels who I have spoken with several times to no action.

    Enjoyed .

    we had very comfortable stay, most staff were very friendly and helpfull.

    Found the breakfast @£15.00 per head rather expensive and the breakfast although on a hot plate ,was cold . Also found the parking for residents rather cheeky, you would be as well adding it onto the room cost.

    Not much sleep due to constant noises from other rooms , creaky floor boards

    Comfortable bed

    Very noisy , can hear every footstep and noise from other bedrooms . Expected a more comfortable stay for the cost as not cheap
