  Dissapointing stay in Busan

  The house was well located we could walk to beach, restaurants and transport. It was modern and clean.

  Description of the house was incorrect. We are 4 people in our '70's a couple and two ladies who each required their own room. The reason I booked it was that it listed 3 bedrooms ,there were two bedrooms and a small room with Korean style thin mattress on the floor which a 74yr old lady had to sleep on. Listing was for two bathrooms, there was only one bathroom the "second bathroom" was a separate hand basin. The hot tub/jacuzzi was a standard bath. The "balcony " a narrow verandah where garbage was stored with neglected chairs. The "garden" an overgrown patch of plants and gravel. The amount taken out of our acvount was in excess of 10% more than the original quote. This was the most expensive property we booked, photos looked good but failed to deliver. The owner said she had not done the listing and had requested booking.com to change on previous occadions.We contacted booking.com and had no assistance what so ever. VERY DISSAPOINTING

  Sinceramente visti i giudizi su booking ci aspettavamo di più da questo appartamento: la struttura è sicuramente ampia, ma manca completamente di tutte quelle rifiniture che sembravano esserci vedendo le immagini su Booking.

  Forse sarebbe necessario un piccolo restyling, andando a rendere più funzionali alcuni aspetti, come ad esempio il bagno, che ha una vasca con tenda davvero poco confortevole. Ottima invece la zona lavanderia. La posizione è buona ma in ogni caso per arrivare alla metro ci sono più di 10 minuti a piedi e per arrivare alla spiaggia di gwagalli 20 minuti abbondanti.

  Appartamento nuovo, pulito in ottima posizione

  Posizione eccezionale, vicino ala spiaggia di Gwangalli, appartamento pulito rinnovato di recente e gestore molto gentile che ci ha permesso di lasciare la camera nel pomeriggio invece che alle 11 del giorno previsto del check out. zona tranquilla, vicino a metro e bus, ma silenziosa.

  Camere un po' piccole, noi eravamo in 5 e c'è 1 solo bagno (a dispetto di quanto indicato in booking, l'host ci ha confermato che ha già chiesto di rettificare) questo ha richiesto un po' di organizzazione :-) , quindi la consiglio per 3 o 4 persone, altrimenti serve un po' di spirito di adattamento.

  在住宅區內，非常安靜，附近有超商，咖啡店，麵包店，近地鐵站。走路15分鐘可到廣安里海灘。發訊息房東會即時回覆。

  樓上房客腳步聲聽得很清楚，不確定是隔音問題或是走路方式的問題。民宿只有一間衛浴，BOOKING網站寫有2間衛浴，資訊有誤。
