    We had a lovely sleep once the bar closed.

    Great location and very stylish decor. Common parts/corridors etc smart. Wi-fi was good. Bed was huge and super comfy. Lots of towels and nice toiletries. Help by phone was very good, but a shame we had to use it - several times!

    Being above a bar the noise was relentless until closing time - we had to drown out the thumping music. Didn't like having to use a QR code for instructions to use coffee machine as don't have a QR code reader and couldn't get it to work so no coffee. (Ditto didn't like having to download an app as had to delete another app to make room as only have a cheap phone with no storage left.) Couldn't get app to work to check in and had to phone up to get access when we arrived. Then couldn't get app to check out and had to phone again. Not everyone is 20-something and 'phone mad. It was all such a faff to us we will be deleting the app and not booking again. Also everything LOOKED lovely but basin mixer in bathroom was loose and so was loo seat and both moved around when using. Windows were running with water in the morning - some secondary glazing would be an idea. Common parts were really smart but could do with a touch-up in places. Very stylish but second place in Cheltenham we have stayed where we couldn't get coffee machine to work. It seems there's an assumption that everyone has a Nespresso machine these days!
