    A decent stop over in Waterfall.

    Comfortable beds and a decently equipped kitchen.

    Some milk for the tea/coffee would be nice. A broken drawer in the kitchen needs fixing. The approach to the cottage is unappealing.

    The outer building and surroundings are very run down. Your first impression is not inviting. The bathroom mirror is to low and shower entry is difficult especially for older folk.
