    Disappointing experience. 3 stars should be removed.

    We have waited 60 min for check-in. Lady at the reception was there first day and clearly was not trained well. Cards to the rooms did not work and she did not know how to fix it. Stains on carpet and on bedding. Different room than we booked. And we were not the only ones. Receptionist clueless how to fix any of that. Breakfast either very small directly in tiny lobby or in different hotel two blocks away. Definitely not worth the price and the four stars! We were moved to the other hotel Crisol Lumiere after complaining and that one was better.

    Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, hatte eine gute grösse und das Bett war sehr bequem. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit den Zimmernachbarn, die in der ersten Nacht um 01.30 Uhr sehr laut waren und wir dadurch nicht schlafen konnten. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption gemeldet und danach war es besser.

    Très efficace ... enfin presque.

    L'emplacement : la proximité entre la Croisette, les restaurants du centre, de la gare SNCF et de la Navette Aéroport.

    L’absence de bagagerie ! … il est dommage - car désagréable - d’être informé uniquement lors du Checkout, que l’hôtel ne peut pas garder votre bagage jusqu’à votre départ effectif de la ville. Il faut aller le déposer dans l’hôtel Crisol en face de la gare. Ce n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel quatre étoiles d’imposer cette contrainte au dernier moment.
