    Overall I would totally stay here again. The hosts were flexible with our arrival time and again, the place was immacula

    Exceptionally clean and close to a bunch of bars and restaurants. It’s got 2 cafes just steps away for a quick caffe and cornetto. It’s decorated nicely and comes with all the necessary items you may need (coffee maker, utensils, wine key, dishes, glasses, hair dryer etc). It’s on a busy street but the balcony doors/windows are pretty sound proof so it is not a problem. You actually get a good view of cruise tourists walking into the city after debarking. Gets you kind of excited to go out and join the exploring! There are AC units in every room so for my non-european friends out there, you’ll be able to unwind in comfort after a long hot day in the Sicilian sun. Word of advice, don’t run the kitchen AC. The circuit breaker will continue to trip, but you can run all the others and it will be perfect.

    If you’re looking to be in city centre you’ll need to walk 10-15 minutes for that but anyone doing good research prior will see that right away. We chose this spot because it was away from city centre and easy for my cousins to pick us up. It’s worth mentioning for you folks embarking on their first Italian adventure that there is no elevator in this building. First floor does not mean the first floor up - you gotta bring your luggage up a few flights but it’s worth it. Our host was there to greet us and graciously helped with the luggage. This location should be labeled as 1.5 bath. Two beautiful and modern bathrooms but only 1 has a shower. The other bedroom has a lovely modern spa bathtub in the actual bedroom but I can totally see how this would be desirable for some.

    Badewanne im Schlafzimmer, aber keine Dusche nur gemeinsam mit den Mitreisenden Gästen, was ja kein Problem ist.

    Magnificent!

    The hosts were very welcoming and the apartment was magnificent. Good decoration, confortable beds and spaces, coffee and tea available. A small walking distance from the centre (10-15min), but lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. We were able to park the car in front of the apartment (arrived late in the evening) but were told it could be difficult during the day (the is a paying park across the street).
