    Short memorable break in Bacalar.

    Check in was quick and efficient, check & read the check in policy before signing to avoid any surprises. Like the idea of setting up a WhatsApp enabling guests to be in constant contact with reception. The room was a decent size, plus a restaurant on site. Toiletries provided and complementary water every day. Mini bar in room which can be emptied on request enabling you to store your own items. Situated on the lagoon is a bonus plus having an option to use the infinity pool with towels provided. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Guests have the opportunity to do canoeing for free.

    Location is ok worth having a car to get to the center and more amenities otherwise you have to get a taxi. Breakfast not included in the price considering the daily rate. Coffee & tea provided didn’t like idea 1st coffee pods were free then after that had to pay for further ones. The cost was $3:50 per pod. Should be common practice that it is complementary throughout the stay considering it is listed in the room amenities. Bit concerned that the life jackets were not all in good condition, considering it’s compulsory to wear they should be checked to avoid any unexpected accidents.

    Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle Lage an der Lagune. Klasse Restaurant.

    Es war alles super. Ein paar Sonnenschirme am zweiten Steh wären klasse
