Super well located and walking distance from the center.

The coffee machine was not using the usual standard pods. Or at least was not looking like it, and I never had an answer as where to buy the correct pods for it.

Overall, the apartment was fine and the location was great. The communication with the staff should improve.

The apartment has all the facilities you might need. It was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The place stands out for its excellent location, close to the all tourist spots.

I would kindly suggest improving communication with the staff, as it was neither prompt nor polite. On the day of check-in, our train was unfortunately delayed, which caused significant delay in our arrival. Nonetheless I informed the property through Booking and continued to provide updates via the platform. A few minutes before our arrival to the apartment, I received a message asking what time we would get there (which I informed in previous messages), stating that otherwise we would have to find a hotel on our own. I truly believe this message could have been more polite and considerate, especially given that the delay was due to circumstances beyond our control.
