    The location

It wasn't clear that if we wanted the hot tub hot on arrival that we would have to book the butler service. So it was stone cold and we wasted an evening lighting it. Normally when you tell a place that you are going to use the hot tub they light it for your arrival. Mix up in communication so just wanted to flag so that any other couples who are only staying one night don't get disappointed.

    Perfect!

There was nothing that we didn’t like other than we wish we could stay longer! Everything was super clean, comfortable and the location was perfect! We went for my mums 60th and they provided a birthday banner and the little welcome pack was lovely. We can’t wait to come back.
