    A beautiful hotel, an ideal location, and exceptional hospitality.

    The hotel was beautiful, thoughtfully appointed, and ideally located—within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to see. What made our stay truly memorable, however, was the hospitality. Sean was exceptionally warm, gracious, and helpful, and the housekeeping staff was wonderful as well. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. This hotel clearly understands that a great experience is about much more than a beautiful room. Hospitality makes all the difference, and Sean is absolutely brilliant at it.

    Für Opernbesuch in Fussdistanz ist das smarte Crossing Manzoni eine Alternative zu grossen Häusern

    Hervorragede Lage in kurzer Fussdistanz zur Scala. Kompetente, hilfreiche und freundliche Besetzung der Reception mit Sean. Einrichtungen wie Schlafplatz, Nasszelle, Appartement-Lounge mit Angebot sehr gut. Appartement zum Hof hin steht zur Verfügung.

    Wunderschön und zentral gelegen.

    Sehr modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Alles blitzblank. Wasser, Kaffee, Süssgetränke wurden gratis zur Verfügung gestellt. Alfio und Sean von der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie gaben uns viele Tipps und kümmerten sich um uns. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Mailand sind, wählen wir wieder CROSSING MANZONI.

    Ein Tischchen mit zwei Stühlen wäre wünschenswert. Für unseren Kurzaufenthalt war dies nicht nötig. Aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre es schön.
