The location is in a great part of the city. Its close to all the places I needed to go. The establishment is located in a somewhat busy area but yet its quiet. Its my go to spot to stay when visiting the city..for buisness or pleasure.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the night staff was very efficient and friendly.
I was overcharged for the room which meant I had to go back to the front desk in the morning rather than just leaving my keys/cards. There was already a lineup of people there and and a sign at the front desk glass read, "Back in 5 minutes". The people waiting had already been there 10 minutes then. I told them they only needed to drop off their room cards so they did that and left. Now there was only myself waiting. After 25 minutes, one if yhe cleaning staff came by and I asked her if she knew where the front desk person was, she went looking but could not find her. By now there was another couple waiting to clear up a room booking problem. We chatted while we wated and after about another 10 minutes the person showed up. By now I had been waiting since 10:55 and it was 11:40. When I said to her about the wait time, there was no apology, not even a pleasant demeanor, just told me she had to hel someone with somethimg. However, the distinct smell of weed was not list on me. This does not look well for a business. The clerk the night before was dressed in uniform, clean and tidy, friendly and helpful, totally opposite of the grumpy personality, combined with being dressed in a hoody, sweat pants and cross. Had she even attempted to smile and be friendly, I would most likely have left this. But then combined with not really being able to help me with the overcharged booking except to say it was care of , caused me to take the time to write this.I'm not asking you to let her go frim her job but to take those review as a learning experience and be better at what she does, whether is part time or a chosen profession. Anything worth doing is worth doing well!.
