Everything about this property was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable, relaxed and welcomed. The property was beautifully presented, clean, comfortable and thoughtfully maintained. It had everything we needed for a lovely and enjoyable stay. The overall atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. It truly exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.
There was absolutely nothing we disliked about the property. Everything was wonderful, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Great location
Terrible guest services. Called to ask for the sofa bed to be made up as it was a father daughter trip. Property called to give check in details and we asked again for the sofa bed to be made up as that had not been added to the booking. Arrive at 6pm on Friday and no sofa bed made up. No staff on site. Weekend stay ruined with daughter sleeping on sofa bed with no bedding. Not good enough. I would suggest to management that if you want to keep office hours of 9-5pm you get out of the business of accommodation. We have stayed here before and enjoyed it but never again.

Great, friendly & very convenient to central Newcastle
Was very convenient & easy to get to, very spacious.
Only minor problem was when you entered the unit it had no lighting until you put your card in & was extremely dark as there was no natural light & the slot you put the card in was behind the door. Maybe needs a small night light.
