We always stay at Crown because of its convenient location and easy access to everything. The rooms are spacious, although I think they are currently in the process of being improved. Overall, it's a comfortable place to stay, and the accessibility keeps us coming back.
There was a small misunderstanding regarding our request to have our breakfast given to the security personnel working the 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift as a small gesture of appreciation. The request had been endorsed; however, the morning F&B Team Leader did not provide the breakfast as instructed. I later learned that the breakfast was never given, and by the time the issue was identified, the breakfast service had already ended. The Front Office (FO) team and the Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor handled the situation professionally and resolved the misunderstanding appropriately. Since the food was no longer available, I decided to buy food for the 2 security personnel myself as a small token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication.
