The Crowne Plaza at Zhongguancun Huangzhuang delivered a most rewarding 5-star experience!
The Crowne Plaza at Zhongguancun Huangzhuang in Haidian district delivered a most rewarding 5-star experience for our 10 nights stay from arrival to departure. The hotel itself has a large drive-in frontage and is set back from Zhichun Road facilitating a tranquil setting whilst being only moments from the vibrant shopping malls. Haidianhuangzhuang subway is literally 150 metres away offering convenient transit to the wider sights in Beijing. The peaceful and relaxing ambience of this Crowne Plaza boasts an impressive space-themed hotel lobby fronting an extensive range of useful facilities including on-site restaurants, bar, gym, swimming pool and spa. Guests may be able to select from a choice of rooms upon arrival and the room offered on the ninth floor was spacious and comfortable with large windows offering views over the local city landscape to the mountains beyond. All hotel employees were friendly and extremely helpful making a great impression for the hotel. Special thanks for Ms. Jennie Wang (王紫仪) who leads the dedicated 24-hour reception desk displaying professionalism and excellent customer service including on demand taxi call. Also a big thanks to housekeeper Ms. Guizhen Cheng (程贵珍), who was exceptional in attending to the room with a high quality of service and attention to detail. An entertaining addition is the robot stationed adjacent to the front desk which delivers room service throughout the day and night without complaint! Overall, we had an excellent stay and would recommend this hotel.

Special thanks to Elena who helped me with a last minute booking for the Forbidden City and made my stay just more pleasant in general. Room was nice and spacious. Breakfast from 6 am untill 10:30 am was also quite generous.

Жил месяц в отеле, завтраки вкусные и достаточно разнообразные. Особую благодарность выражаю менеджеру Елене, которая помогала решать все вопросы. Отлично, что В ОТЕЛЕ ЕСТЬ ТАКОЙ ПРЕКРАСНЫЙ сотрудник, говорящий на английском, русском и китайском языках.
Тренажёрный зал не очень. Мало тренажёров.
