clean bed, most staff was accommodating and friendly, one was not and tainted the experience.
the bed was nice and clean. I forgot my tooth brush and the staff that were working at night on the 17th were very accommodating.
the staff told us that we would be able to check in early, and we weren't, which I can understand but she should not have told us that if it wouldn't be possible, when we got there the lady at the front desk didn't give us our room for what ever reason then said she was able to find on for us as if we had not reserved the room in advance. all in all the lady that checked us in was not very welcoming or warm to us, and I know she was capable because she was very warm with the guest that checked in before us, I also have some suspicions that she gave that peri out guest our original room. The building looks out dated from the outside and it was actually quite expensive for what we got.
