    Have always rated Crowne plazas, however this is the worst one. Found it hard to believe it was part of the chain. Wo

    Room felt grubby and had a odd smell. Breakfast was a poor, only 1 coffee machine working and cups not replenished. 5 minute queue and paper cups, very poor.

    Wonderful

    Very convenient, close to Victoria station and the city centre. Rooms were clean
