    Lovely rooms, let down by lack of reception staff and the worst breakfast I’ve had in a long time.

    Room was very nice. Nice and powerful shower. Room was clean

    Reception woefully understaffed. Gave up checking out and put my keycards in the box, no idea what the final bill was. Breakfast was also awful. Poor quality buffet, not worth the price.
