Hotel is looking a bit tired. For the price I would have expected it to be a little nicer

    Wonderful Hotel and excellent food

We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria Sheffield by IHG. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Our room was immaculate, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet, well-maintained environment. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of hot and cold options, all presented with care and freshness. The hotel’s facilities were excellent and convenient for exploring Sheffield and the surrounding area. Overall, the exceptional service, spotless rooms, and great amenities made our stay truly enjoyable. Nice and basic

Nice room basic amenities. Unfortunately the room got very hot and to have the window open meant listening to the hotel fans humming all night.
