El trato en general de todo el personal, en particular a la Srta. Dariela de la RECEPCION y la Srta. Maria José del restautante y el CLUB LOUNGE del 6° piso, y un camarero muy amable en el desayuno/almuerzo, de quién no me acuerdo el nombre, y el chico que prepara los cockteles en el BAR: muy amables los dos!!!

Sin duda, mi hotel favorito de San Jose
La atención desde el check-in hasta la salida fue espectacular; valoro demasiado, por ejemplo, la atención de Alejandro, quien estaba muy al pendiente de todo en el restaurante.
