    Brilliant hotel and location. But could do better on the breakfast especially for what you charge.

    The whole ambience of the Hotel. The staff brilliant. Location just right.

    The breakfast. Utensils so hot you couldn't pick them up. The food was only Luke warm. By the time you got to your table it was more or less cold.

    location good, needs updating

    location was great opposite the shopping centre clean

    Check in - lady had a problem with nasal noise! not nice room was cold bed was cold sealant around the shower needed attention - black mould both evening meals a problem with 1st waited ages for puddings and 2nd chicken was not cooked through
