Will absolutely go back!
It’s adorable! And…great food available for free breakfast Wine & cheese at 5pm Hot tubs Pool We were off season but on-season I bet the decks & patios are really busy. Off season during a fall nor’easter storm so got a free room upgrade!! Endless outdoor areas to sit & watch & relax Room was great! It was a bit odd because they wanted to put in a second tv and a fireplace upstairs, but they were at the top of the stairs angled away from the bed/sitting area so difficult to use the TV. Great spa services The restaurant has great food (best arugula beet salad I’ve ever had) and delicious cheeseburger! Location close to everything within a short walk, and there are taxis and uber if you’re too lazy to walk up the hill. Direct access to small beach areas. Short drive to main beaches. Great restaurants, street food, shops, entertainment right down the road on Commercial street.
Not much! The outside areas could use some updates - the rooms are clearly recently updated and painted. But not the outdoor areas. It would be nice if the restaurant and spa were more closely associated with the hotel - felt awkward to send charges to hotel room and could get “take out” but not “room service” from the restaurant. On cold or rainy days it would be nice to be able to have food delivered to the room. The pool was generally warmer than the outside hot tub which was unpleasant! They had maintenance check out the hot tub a couple times and said it was ok. But we literally began shivering in the hot tub and used the pool to warm up. I didn’t know about the indoor hot tub and spa available to guests with key access off hours from the spa appointments until another guest told us end of our stay. It would have been nice to know earlier in the week as it was a cold & rainy week. The music in the restaurant at dinner was odd…techno as if it was a dance club. Odd for an upscale restaurant. I tried to ask for the music to be changed to the music in the mornings (rat pack! Good for us oldies) and I think there was a language barrier so it was turned down a bit not changed.

Beautiful property, easily walkable to Commerce St.
Beds were hard, toilet was comically low to the ground, bathroom door did not latch shut.
