A health hazard. Completely filthy
The views from the property were fantastic, and the location offered a convenient drive into town.
Upon arrival, the property was filthy. The bathrooms had dried toothpaste, dead bugs, hair, clogged drains, and black mold. The kitchen appliances were covered in old food and mold. There were sharps stuck into the carpet that my father stepped on and cut his foot. The smoke alarm was disabled and hidden. And on top of all this, the space was much smaller with less privacy than the pictures showed. We had to clean the property before we could eat, bathe, or sleep. Because we arrived in the evening, we did the cleaning ourselves rather than getting support from the property management firm. The firm requested images to prove the lack of cleanliness, and we ended up checking out before it could be resolved. They offered a small refund, but it has been months and we still haven't received the funds. I would strongly recommend finding another place in Queenstown for your stay. I've stayed in tents at hostels that are cleaner and a better bargain than this.

Unsafe pathways and lighting both inside and outside being in need of repairs .Upstairs shower doesn’t drain properly.

Tolle Lage, interessantes Haus, mit einer Auszeichnung für die Architektur. Die Wohnung ist über zwei Ebenen angelegt mit tollem Ausblick auf den See. Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, der Style ist mehr in den 70ern - 80ern zuhause. Das Badezimmer im EG ist modern renoviert. Die Sauberkeit ist ok, wenn man sich an vereinzelten Spinnweben nicht stört und über die abgenutzten Möbel hinweg sieht. Die Betten waren allerdings sehr bequem für unseren Geschmack. Man merkt, dass die Wohnung nicht von den Eigentümern verwaltlet wird, sondern scheinbar an ein Unternehmen zur Verwaltung vergeben ist. Mein Fazit zur Wohnung: Es war in Ordnung und ich würde sie wahrscheinlich noch einmal buchen. Wäre aber nichtmehr meine erste Wahl.
