Very peaceful. Perfect location for exploring this part of the coastline. Hosts very friendly and kitchen well appointed.

We really wanted to love this place but despite the good reviews that we checked before staying, I'm afraid it was a bit disappointing. Beds incredibly uncomfortable, double bed so uncomfortable I used the bottom bunk both nights but it wasn't much better! Shower absolutely rubbish - we used the bath instead which was ok. Toilet sometimes didn't want to flush but with a bit of coaxing of the flush contraption it was ok. We were warned WiFi wouldn't be great but it was in fact non existent which wasn't a deal breaker but inaccurately described. TV leaning forward off the wall precariously (ok with stool underneath propping it up), the DVD player in our cottage (The Stables) was broken but the host gave us one from an adjacent property so that was ok. It all just looked and felt a bit tired to be honest which is a shame as it could be fantastic.

Calm and peaceful. Paul and Sophie were welcoming and friendly and Sophie allowed our daughter to help with the animals on the first morning which made her weekend.
