    Cosy apartment, well equipped, great location within walking distance to lots of central Essen locations.

    Various maintenance issues: bathroom heater couldn’t be turned down from always running at full whack, house plant had died in main room etc etc. Nothing major, but a lack of diligence.

    Very good.

    Lovely, spacious, quiet and clean. The staff were very quick to respond, friendly, and helpful when I struggled to get into the apartment (which was my own fault).

    It was some distance from the Messe, but easy with an Uber.
