    Nice until bed time!

    Really cosy, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, good facilities to cook and great coffee machine. Nice log burner altho i did not use it, friendly host who doesnt bother you

    There is an attic hatch in the bedroom and ALL night we were kept awake but something scuttling back and for and scratching the ceiling and squeeling. Dont know if there is a mouse issue in that attic space but it drove us crazy all night and we did not sleep at all! Whatever is in that attic needs sorting! Also a pint of milk on arrival would be nice as no milk is provided deapite the tea/coffee making facilities

    Excellent host lovely little cottage would definitely stay again.

    The lounge area was lovely nice quiet and cosy.. And a real comfy bed. Good pressure on the shower also. It had a log burner but it wasn’t needed.

    Bathroom sink was a tad to small for myself.
