  Great for short stays

  Location

  It is noisy at night and in the early morning. Earplugs are available, and the stairs provide a good workout.

  A good experience with a couple of caveats for some travelers.

  The apartment itself is lovely and refined, well prepared and presented.

  It was not a huge issue for us but some travelers should just know that the location, while central and full of everything you want and need, is quite noisy. Fortunately the bedrooms are away from the street. Also, the apartment is on the 3rd floor (4th in the Italian way of identifying floors) and walking up and down those with bags was not an easy feat.

  Geräumiges Appartement im Herzen Roms. Super Lage direkt neben dem Piazza Navona. Super schön eingerichtet etwas modern und nicht so kitschig wie man es von Rom vielleicht kennt. Mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch.

  Die Straße unterhalb hört man minimal aber das war nach einem langen Tag in Rom nicht mehr so schlimm.

  The inside of the apartment was beautifully remodeled. Very modern. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. For the families that cook meals on their stay will also appreciate the amenities of the kitchen. The apartment is centrally located in the town center and is very close to every attraction.

  I would've rated 10 if it wasn't for these issues. The apartment is directly above the street, and there are shops and restaurants lined the street. So you can imagine the noise from the patrons. People were talking loudly into the night. Then in the morning was the trash pickup. It wasn't bad until they picked up the glass bottles and we can hear the clanking of the glass bottles for a good hour. Even though the host was aware of this and provided earplugs, the noise still came through. Another thing that frustrated us was the use of the washer and dryer. We were elated that the unit came with the washer and dryer. However, the elation didn't last. The machine did not have the setting in wording; instead all settings were in pictograms. Needless to say, we attemped to wash a load but wasn't able to wash properly and dry the clothes. We're from the US. So, a liitle instruction for the use would be much appreciated. Also as a caution, the unit is on a third floor. There is no elevator. Our mom needed assistance in walking and it took her a while to go up and down. This is true for most if not all apartments in Rome.
