  Каждое утро с 9 до 11 слышно, как кричат об уборке. Бассейн хороший, но вида на город, как на фото, нет - там стоит ограждение, и оно всё замылено. Муравьи есть, но это не страшно - они тут везде, и по нашей просьбе их потравили. Сам номер очень уставший. Постельное бельё застиранное.

  The hotel is acceptable for the price, so if you're looking for basic accommodation in Da Nang and don't have high expectations, it might do the job. However, the biggest problem with this place is not necessarily the hotel itself, but the cleaning staff, whose behavior seriously affects the overall experience. The biggest issue is the complete lack of respect for guests' privacy and sleep. There is no "Do Not Disturb" sign available to hang on your door, so the cleaning ladies seem to consider knocking on your door early in the morning perfectly acceptable. And they don't just knock once. One day, they knocked on our door FOUR TIMES, starting at 8 a.m., with approximately 45 minutes between each attempt. We explicitly told them to come back later and stop knocking, but they simply continued disturbing us anyway. At that point, we asked to speak to the manager. Unfortunately, there was no manager in sight. Apparently, when a guest has a legitimate complaint, nobody is available to take responsibility. The noise is another major issue. You can hear the cleaning staff shouting and talking loudly in the corridors, even early in the morning. When they are not making noise, you might find them relaxing on the beds in empty neighboring rooms, watching videos on their phones, as if they were hanging out in their own living room rather than working in a hotel where paying guests are trying to enjoy some peace and quiet. Their attitude doesn't help either. They are generally unfriendly and don't seem particularly concerned about the comfort of the guests. They bring their cleaning carts into the elevators, showing little consideration for guests, and apparently use the couches on the top floor as their personal resting area, where they can even be found sleeping. This is especially ironic considering that the same floor supposedly has a gym. And speaking of the gym, calling it a gym is already being generous.

  Room was dirty, shower wasn‘t cleaned in weeks, they wanted that we pay cash and didn’t have change and kept our money, didn’t know where the public bus leaves, didnt have fresh towels, room was smelly too
