Not again at this place and unfortunately not recommendable.

    The location was good.

Very disappointing. The apartment is extremely run-down and does not look like the pictures. We were three people, yet there was only cutlery for one person. The bathroom was tiny with no storage space and barely any mirror. Several chairs were damaged, and the sofa, carpet and overall apartment were visibly dirty and worn. It was also extremely hot with no proper ventilation. The place urgently needs renovation. It was insulting to pay this much money for this place.

The only convenient part about this accommodation is that it is close to the event that brought me to London in the first place.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. We had **no hot water throughout our entire stay**, meaning we had to take cold showers every day. Communication with the property manager was also poor, making check-in unnecessarily difficult. The accommodation itself was in an unacceptable state, with dead flies on the stairs, food left on the sofa, mould in the shower and dirty stains on the furniture. It was also **uncomfortably hot**, with no fans or air conditioning and windows that could not fully open. Most concerningly, the furniture felt unsafe. A chair broke immediately when my friend sat on it, causing her to hit her hand and sustain a large bump, as well as a mild concussion and significant back pain. Overall, the accommodation fell well below reasonable expectations for cleanliness, comfort, safety and basic amenities. I would not recommend staying here.

    Disappointing.

Not much positive to say! Nice area.

We arrived during a heatwave to find that the heating was on full and all radiators were boiling (none had thermostatic valves). I was unable to turn the boiler down and had to resort to switching it off. The temperature in the flat was well over 40 degrees Celsius on arrival. Additionally the flat is on the top floor, under the eaves so even with the heating off and windows open so it was almost impossible to get the temperature down. Given the increasing temperatures the place really needs some freestanding electric fans. The sofa is very uncomfortable, and not really enough room for 3 people to sit comfortably. Property would benefit from a further armchair. There were no decent sized glasses - there were some shot glasses and a couple of wine glasses. Cutlery consisted of 3 spoons (2 dessert, one tea), three forks (not matching) and 2 knives. Crockery was all melamine, with just one china mug. Cleanliness- stair carpet within the flat was unclean, there was rubbish under the sofa and in the kitchen cupboard (empty bottle and cans). I stripped the beds before we left and there were several stains on the duvet. For a comparatively small outlay the flat could be quite nice, but I wouldn’t recommend it as it is at present, particularly for the price we paid.
