    This was our first stay at Crystal Springs, and we had been planning this trip for a long time. Everything was absolutely wonderful! The location is beautiful, with stunning sea views, but what made our stay truly special was the amazing staff, both at reception and throughout the entire hotel. A special thank you to the wonderful Yulia and Olesya, and also to the lovely Panayiota (I hope I spelled her name correctly!). Everyone was so kind, friendly, and welcoming. We truly felt at home! On the day of our departure, our taxi booked through Booking.com didn’t show up. But the reception staff immediately came to our rescue and quickly arranged an alternative. Within just five minutes, we were already on our way! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you all for making our holiday so special and memorable!     Siamo stati in 8 incluso i bambini. Accoglienza molto professionale e gentile. Un hotel ideale per famiglie. Non ci mancava niente.

    Personalul. Atât de prietenos, binevoitor, atent încât te simți bine venit oriunde pe teritoriul acestui hotel. Gradina hotelului este un subiect aparte: frumoasă, îngrijită, destul de mare unde fiecare își găsește un locusor.

    Gălăgia de la construcția de alături. In comentarii sa menționat despre existenta acesteia dar adevărul ca de la 7 dimineața pana la 18 după amiaza este un zgomot continuu insuportabil nu sa spus. Dacă va doriți un sejur liniștit, sa ascultați valurile marii și vântul, sa dormiți dimineața măcar in vacanta- nu este hotelul care va poate oferi aceste oportunități pana nu se termina lucrările din vecinătate. Când constructia se va termina va fi o destinație ce merită atenția.
