    Lokalizacja jest świetna. Do Kapitolu 3 minuty do Koloseum i metra 15 minut. Dość spokojna okolica . Na plus klimatyzatory, które przy upale 39 stopni pozwalały na fajne schłodzenie mieszkania.

    Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. W toalecie śmierdzi. Prysznic też nie zachwyca. Meble się rozpadają w szczególności szafa i łóżko w sypialni.

    We made the best of it but it was awful

    Location

    Poor hand over without enough information about the apartment. Damp. My wife was unwell due the spores from the moisture. Not clean. Poor standard of cleanliness throughout. I don’t know why we were charged for a final clean which didn’t happen before we arrived. We cleaned the shower room floor when we arrived with white kitchen towel, it turned black. Cobwebs throughout, which we vacuumed. Toilet seat hanging off which I reattached but it needs replaced. No plug hole cover on the shower and sink. ; disgusting. We lost a valuable item down the sink due to this. Cheap flat pack furniture falling apart. Very noisy. There is a personal trainer gym directly below who plays very loud music from 9:00 to 20:00. I asked the owner to turn the volume down but he refused. To be fair it is usually quiet at night for sleeping. The other issue is if someone needs the toilet through the night they must walk through the living room with the sofa bed to get to the toilet. It’s an expensive rental. They should reinvest the profit and bring it up to a proper standard. Basically you are paying too dollar for the location. We’ve been travelling in Italy for many years and expected better than this. Rome is a fantastic city but not this part of it

    Su ubicación. Es perfecta. El anfitrión muy bien. Agradecida de que nos permitiese dejar las maletas después del check- out hasta que nos recogiera el taxi privado.

    El apartamento en general no estaba mal, pero necesita cambios. El colchón no era muy cómodo y el sofá cama muy blando. La ducha no nos gustó . Demasiado pequeña y solo con opción de salida de agua desde un dispensador superior fijo. No me gustó que no hubiese jabón de manos ni papel higiénico

    Excellent location and spacious apartment!

    Need some extra facilities. It needs somewhat better accessories, such as the bathroom fixtures for the shower, better cabinets, and a slightly better mattress.
