    Insetti in cucina, stoviglie vecchie, tutto trasandato... due mezzi rotoli( già iniziati) di carta igienica e scarico water mal funzionante, per fortuna che c'era una bacinella...

    La casa è molto grande e spaziosa, piena di dipinti. Ho adorato l'arredamento in particolare della cucina! Terrazzino delizioso. Soffitti altissimi Non molto lontana dal centro, zona tranquilla. Il parcheggio puo risultare un po' difficoltoso. A pochi passi ci sono numerosi forni, un supermercato e un fruttivendolo giusto all'angolo. Anche un cinema sulla stessa via! In generale siamo stati bene. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima. Purtroppo una delle sedie si è rotta quando uno di noi si è seduto ed è stata comprensiva.

    Capisco che faccia parte della vision della casa ma penso sia giusto farlo presente: le finestre non sono nuove, pertanto l'isolamento (soprattutto acustico ma anche di temperatura) è un po' limitato. Le finestre di cucina e bagno non sono dotate di zanzariere Una delle stanze non ha il condizionatore, ma ha un ventilatore sul soffitto. Comunque nelle altre due stanze l'aria condizionata funzionava benissimo. Pavimento del bagno un po' scivoloso perciò attenzione se qualcuno ha fatto la doccia prima di voi. In generale siamo stati molto bene!
