    Very nice villa for the money. Had great weather and even in Feb the sun stayed on the pool and terrace until 18.30. Have been in this area before so very handy location. You have restaurants and bars within walking distance and you can take back streets so you don't have to walk on main roads which are winding and full of cars. You can walk to the beach which is amazing and has a fab beach bar and restaurant and they love dogs too. They made a fuss of our dog and brought water. Great Chinese which does take away too, collection only. Easy to walk down or go in car. Fab pizzeria more or less at end of street. Lovely restaurant. Easy drive to Moraira or Calpe and lots of shops and bars etc in Benissa and easy access to Mas Y Mas, Aldi etc etc. Overall had a nice stay. Yes villa could use some TLC but if it had you would be looking at a grand a week easy. Overall very clean, secure, lovely terrace and pool. Did us nicely for work whilst away in Spain.

    Needs new bedding and matress protectors cheap and almost like plastic sheeting. Just a suggestion not a complaint. Beds comfy though.

    enjoyable and relaxing

    liked the layout and the pool. The property was clean and well equipped.

    It was unusual that the top floor was unused and was disappointing that there was building work going on right outside.
