Location, and that we arrived early and got access straight away

We had a couple of issues. The en-suite shower leaked water all over the floor. The flush in the en-suite toilet was very weak, and we had to pour water down it to flush it. Also the TV may as well not have been there, as we couldn't get any service on it. The streaming facilities did not work, despite asking every day to get this fixed, we did not have the use of the TV throughout our stay.
