  Perfect place to stay in Bologna

  Great place, very comfortable bed, clean, air conditioned, secure, excellent location.

  Our worst booking ever!

  The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, not too soft, not too hard. The property was close to the sites that we wanted to see, such as the Basilica and the towers.

  BATHROOM: Toilet seat cover: it did not fit the toilet therefore, when seated, it would hit you in the back or if you were a man you had to hold it open. No toe kick at the sink cabinet. Therefore, it made it difficult standing at the sink. The shower: it is small. AIR CONDITIONING: the property advertises that the Studio is air-conditioned, however, it did not work. It did not put out cold air during our four night stay. We notified the property manager and they sent someone who dropped off two fans. They could not get a technician to service the unit during our stay. Mundus (property manager) claimed to have over 300 properties under management, and told us they were not big enough to have technicians on call for emergencies. At no time did they offer a reduced room rate or a different room, other than two small fans. I managed a 24 unit apartment property and we had service contracts with a/c techs, electricians, and plumbers. They guaranteed service within four hours. LOCATION: the location is near many of the attractions; however, about 12 trash dumpsters are at the buildings front door. The nearby restaurants dump there every night. STAFF: information says they are on site for your arrival to check in between 3 to 7 PM. We informed them we would arrive between 3-4 PM, we arrived at 3:36pm and the woman who met us acted like she was inconvenienced for having to wait for us.

  L’emplacement Sécurisé

  L’entrée du bâtiment donne sur toutes les poubelles, que les resto remplissent toute la journée La douche est super dangereuse, il y a une grosse marche. Le débit ne permet pas de se laver correctement La Clim a mit 3 jours avant de vraiment rafraîchir la pièce Le matelas est assez fin et dur La bouilloire pleine de tartre Nous avions la 14, ce n’est pas une suite, juste une chambre avec une salle de bain, une table et des couverts pour manger Nous avons découvert le dernier jour qu’il y avait une « cuisine » (un espace avec frigo et micro ondes)
