  Super!

  Heel fijn appartement voor een mooie prijs. Veel beter dan zo'n kleine kamer, lol. Alles was schoon en netjes. Alles wat je nodig hebt, is er. Er was zelfs wasmiddel om een wasje te draaien. 7eleven 20 meter verder op. Ligt in een rustige buurt waardoor je snachts niets hoort. Bed was hard, maar ik vind dat fijn. Ik zou zo weer boeken als ik terug naar Osaka zou komen. Loopafstand station Osaka 20 minuten.

  Everything was perfect. From the booking until the end. Even if it's an unmanned facility, the communication through the application made it just right. They're very quick to respond and all the instructions were clear and easy to understand. About the location, very convenient. 7 Eleven just around the corner. Bus stop to Osaka/Umeda (10min) 3 minutes away or 20 minutes by walking and passing by calm streets, park and under Umeda Sky Building. The place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Modern, clean and practical. Automatic doors, keypad for entering the building or your room (no need to take the key with you), lift for upper floors... Kitchen, separated full japanese toilet, shower, living room and a bedroom. And all of that for a price that I still can't believe is true (215€ for 10 days!) Will come here again for sure!

  Great apartment and convenient. 4pm check in is unfair.

  Very convent location, albeit a little far from the train station but I didn’t mind the walk. Bed was great, washing machine is a big plus.

  Check in at 4pm is not very fair. I was dealing with bad food poisoning acquired just before my first flight and had just dealt with 24 hours of nightmare flying and travel with zero sleep. I was nauseous, weak, and exhausted. I arrived at 2:30pm (after the usual check in time anywhere else) and requested an early check in as I was desperate for rest, and was told it’s not possible and I had to wait until 4pm. There wasn’t even anywhere to store luggage. I understand check in times are to be held to a standard, however 4pm is later than any other accommodation I’ve been to in any country, and to not allow lenient for a pretty dire situation was very disappointing. I highly recommend this time is changed or luggage can be held.
