    clean, smooth check in, good communication

    Good location, fully equipped

    Not allowing to use the parking bay ahead of check in / after check out even when the parking is not in use

    Awesome location, property needed a through clean throughout

    The property had the potential to be stunning it looked good in the pictures however standards appeared to have dropped

    The property was very dusty throughout. The towel rail in the first floor bathroom was almost coming off the wall. The shower in the first floor bathroom on moving the shower head up the bottom support bit came off and landed on my toe which hurt. The showers could do with a slip mat as was very slippery. The car parking space was very tight to get into. A few steps to the property was 2 sets and there were lots of steps in the property not really suitable for those with walking issues / less able
