The location
My complaint is specifically about the fact that the window has only one curtain panel, which does not cover the entire window. As a result, the curtain cannot properly block the early morning sunlight or provide adequate privacy. This morning I was awakened at approximately 06:30 by the sunlight coming through the uncovered portion of the window.

- The bed was uncomfortable, but the mattress got replaced the day before our departure - No mattress protector - No aircon - Bedding/pillows/rug full of irritating fluff that sticks to all clothes (maybe because it was not washed before using?) - Curtains were stained with black spots (mildew/mold), but washed/replaced after a day or two - Not enough kitchen utensils - Unpleasant smell of a combination of smoke and dampness in the unit that doesn't go away
