Banger of an accomodation - all nice and clean, equipped kitchen, prepared towels. Location is superb - few minutes walking from the train station, huge openair market just around the corner and 15mins on foot to the city center. A dark blind was added to the window facing the street so that in night with the lights on you can't see in from the outside. Owner answered quickly to messages and was kind in responses.
Outside perimeter is bit neglected, such as the fence. Mattress was on a softer side, but still had a good sleep. You do hear a tram now and then, but nothing that would wake you up or disturb otherwise.

Casita adorable en una ubicación buenísima.
La ubicación perfecta y el jardincito genial para sentarse un rato tranquilamente al final del día. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario. La casa está toda reformada muy bonita y hasta había zapatillas de casa muy cómodas para poder usar.
El colchón era un poco blando, si eres una persona grande o pesada resulta algo incómodo. El baño olía un poco a cañería.

La posizione è ottima (quartiere vivace vicino al centro). Possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente l'auto nel cortile privato fronte casa. Cucina completa.
Il divano letto era tutto macchiato e dormirci sopra (pur avendo messo i lenzuoli) non è stato piacevole. Ho visto troppo tardi le altre recensioni in merito e la relativa risposta del proprietario ('sono stati altri ospiti a macchiarlo') che però non ritengo corretta: il problema è del proprietario che deve garantire un servizio decente a tutti gli ospiti (magari cambiando divano ed addebitando il costo a chi ha sporcato). Il rilevatore di fumo era chiaramente non funzionante (trovato senza pila nel cassetto delle stoviglie) e questa è una difformità rispetto alla descrizione dell'appartamento presente su booking, oltre a costituire un rischio per la sicurezza. Allego per evidenza le relative foto.
