    Ok if you don’t mind host very obviously lives there until it’s booked

    Thé garden looked nice and bedroom was tidy, it was a colourful arty home, with lots of personality and well loved.

    I knew that the property was the hosts home but we were under the impression from the description that the host travelled a lot or it was second home, but actually they do live there and if they get a booking the owner moves out to stay with her boyfriend. As a result the set up is that lots of the owners stuff is still there including food in the fridge and cupboards etc. There was also a locked second bedroom which seemed a bit creepy. It just felt like we were in someone’s house and intruding, so we didn’t stay and had to pay for alternative accommodation. It is a bit out of the centre and I don’t feel hugely safe in this area. If you’re travelling a lot and don’t mind staying in someone’s house and walking into Brighton you might like it - but it was quite expensive for what it is.

    ⭐️Absolutley amazing 5 star plus experience and host⭐️

    Beautiful amenities, beautiful decor, everything we needed, host was absolutely fabulous nothing was a bother instant replies and goes above and beyond to make the experience a 5 star experience. The handbook and instructions were beyond exceptional any questions we had were already pre answered and helpful. Kate the host is just fabulous and deserves the full rating possible Can’t wait to recommend her place and come back again
